Services Description

Galloway Arbitration provides crypto marketing services including paid ad management, funnel design, and analytics reporting. Services are delivered on a contract basis as defined in your service agreement.

User Obligations

You must comply with all applicable laws. You won't use our services for fraud, illegal token sales, or misleading claims about investment returns.

Intellectual Property

We own all ads, landing pages, and strategies we create for you unless your contract states otherwise. You own your brand assets and token-related content.

Limitation of Liability

Galloway Arbitration is not liable for token price movements, regulatory changes, or losses beyond the service fees you paid. We deliver campaigns, not investment outcomes.

Third-Party Tools

We use Google, Facebook, Discord, and other platforms to run your campaigns. Their terms apply to your data. We follow their rules strictly.

Term & Cancellation

Contracts are month-to-month unless otherwise stated. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Unused funds are refunded within 15 days of cancellation.
